Key Responsibilities:

- Operate packaging machinery to accurately pack finished products according to specifications

- Inspect packaged products for quality, completeness, and adherence to safety standards

- Ensure proper labeling and documentation of packaged items

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area

- Follow safety protocols and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns

- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily targets and quality standards

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing preferred

- Ability to operate packaging machinery and tools safely

- Strong attention to detail and quality control

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

- Basic understanding of safety procedures and protocols
