Due to growth, we are currently hiring Packaging and Loading Technicians in our Youngsville, NC manufacturing facility.  Join us if you are interested in working in a fast paced, financially sound, climate controlled manufacturing environment.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform work according to safety & quality standards and procedures


• Work effectively as a team member contributing to a positive workplace


• Finished work is expected to be neat, orderly, and repeatable


• Ensuring workspace is clean, safe, and in working order

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to use various hand and power tools


• 2+ years of Forklift experience is


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently


• Stand for long period of time


• Basic mathematical skills


• Proficient in English

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

SALARY:

• Starting at $18 an hour, based on experience


• Monthly bonus based on productivity and profits
