We are seeking dependable Packers to join a fast-paced food production team. This position involves packaging pork products, checking product quality, and preparing items for shipment while following food safety and workplace procedures.

Please note: This role requires directly handling and working with pork products.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 4:30 AM–3:00 PM, or until production is complete. Four days per week, typically 10-hour shifts.

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, or until production is complete. Five days per week, typically 8-hour shifts.

End times may vary based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Pack, label, and seal pork products according to production requirements

• Inspect products and packaging for damage or defects

• Organize packaged items into boxes or containers for shipment

• Keep the work area clean and sanitary

• Follow food safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment

• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

• Complete other production duties as assigned

Requirements

• Comfortable directly handling pork products and working in a cold production environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Ability to lift and move products throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Availability to stay until production is complete

• Dependable attendance and a team-oriented attitude
