Packer - Night Shifts

Looking for a steady job with great pay, solid benefits, and room to grow? We’re hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Packers/Press Operators—no previous manufacturing experience required!

You’ll help create and package plastic horticultural containers used across the country, working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Help keep production running smoothly

Inspect products to ensure quality (we’ll train you!)

Count, pack, and label finished items

Follow simple work instructions and record basic information

Be part of a team that values safety and support

What We’re Looking For

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to stay active (this role involves standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and moving throughout your shift)

Good attention to detail

A team player mindset—you’ll work closely with others every day
