Packer (Grade 2)

Oversee the packing process to ensure efficiency and accuracy in fulfilling daily orders.
Pull, pack, weigh, and label products, ensuring all packages are properly packaged and sealed.
Coordinate with team members to meet the specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed logs of shipping, order, and label paperwork.
Ensure products are separated, organized, and accessible for easy retrieval.
Monitor product quality and promptly report any problems or discrepancies.
Operate and train team members on various pieces of equipment (e.g., dolly, pallet wrapper, palletizer, forklift, and electrical pallet jacks).
Implement and enforce best practices of manufacturing and proper safety requirements.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in inventory management and stock control.
