Packer/Assembler

We are currently hiring Packers who will be trained and developed into Assemblers. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare finished products for shipment


• Learn and transition into assembly responsibilities


• Use hand and power tools to assemble products


• Handle and move materials throughout the work area


• Perform frequent heavy lifting


• Inspect products for quality and accuracy


• Maintain a clean and organized work area


• Follow all safety and production procedures

Requirements:

• Previous hand and power tool experience is required


• Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment


• Reliable and able to work a full-time, on-site schedule


• Willingness to learn and develop into an Assembler role
