About the Role:

We are hiring Packing Associates to support warehouse and packaging operations at our Monmouth Junction facility.

This is an entry-level opportunity, and previous experience is not required. Selected candidates will receive training to understand the facility's processes and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare products according to company procedures
• Inspect products before packaging
• Label and organize packaged items
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed

Requirements:

• No previous packing or warehouse experience required
• Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks during the shift
• Reliable and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/production environment
