Heartline Staffing is hiring a PACU Registered Nurse (RN) for Los Alamos Medical Center in Los Alamos, New Mexico.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Recovery Room / PACU nursing position within a 47-bed acute care hospital
• Provide direct and indirect patient care following anesthesia and surgical procedures
• Perform assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Monitor patient stability and rapidly respond to changes in condition
• Meet the physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs of patients and families
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Report directly to the Director of Surgery
• Join the leading healthcare provider serving Northern New Mexico communities

SCHEDULE
• Full-Time Day Shift
• Rotating Weekends Required
• On-Call Responsibilities Required
• Holiday Coverage Required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

• Associate Degree in Nursing Required
• Active and Unencumbered RN License Required
• Current BLS Certification Required
• Minimum One Year PACU Experience Required
• PALS Certification Required Within 3 Months of Hire

Preferred Qualifications:
• Recovery Room Experience
• Post-Anesthesia Care Experience
• Surgical Services Experience
• Acute Care Hospital Experience
