Lead media planning, forecasting, and cross -channel budget allocation
Collaborate with analytics, creative, and marketing teams to iterate on winning formulas
3+ years of experience in paid media strategy and execution
Strong grasp of paid media KPIs: CPM, CPC, ROAS, LTV, CAC
Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, or programmatic DSPs
Skilled in media planning tools, analytics dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets
Bonus: Experience managing six -figure budgets or working in agency environments
