Job Description - Paint prep technician

We are looking for an experienced paint prep technciian to join our team. We have large used car inventory and customer pay stream of work and need a technician with experience that will be able to prep cars and trucks for our lead painter.

taping off areas for painter
blocking and sading
applying bondo
wet sanding, buffing finished product

Qualifications

Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
Basic computer skills.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
Must be able to cooperate and work well with teammates
Must meet the performance standards
The ability to take direction and developmental advice from Management.
