🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm

Monarch is hiring a Painter to join our team at Forest Woods Apartments in Valley Park, MO! If you take pride in your work and want to grow with a company that values its people, we want to hear from you.

Pay & Benefits:

$22–$25/hr starting pay
Quarterly bonus potential (up to $3,000/yr)

What You’ll Do:

Paint/stain interiors, exteriors, and vacant apartments
Assist with light maintenance & make-readies
Support the Maintenance Manager with small repairs

Requirements:

1+ year painting/maintenance experience preferred
Drywall, painting, and carpentry skills
