Monarch Investment is seeking a Painter to join our team at The Park Apartments in Lubbock, TX. We believe that each team member contributes directly to the success of our company. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:
• Painting both interior and exterior applications
• Drywall repair
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years' experience in painting and drywall experience
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
