Duties and Responsibilities:

• Professionally represent the PD principles of honesty and integrity
• Paint projects with rough and finish repairs, punch list items
• Minor drywall installation and finishing
• Media Blasting and spray sealing
• Material purchases
• Basic maintenance repairs
• Complete jobs on a timely basis
• Schedule and budget projects
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Additional responsibilities upon request

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in related field
• Painting, carpentry, and maintenance skills
• Ability to plan and organize workload
• Ability to exercise judgement
• Ability to work independently when needed
• Ability to make decisions independently when needed
• Ability to reach out for assistance when needed
• Excellent communication skills
• Identify and report safety concerns when on site at losses or at office
• Valid driver's license
• Successful completion of pre-employment testing

Education:

• High school degree or equivalent

Certifications:

• OSHA 10 Certification is a plus

Physical Demands:

• Lift (consistently) 5-40 lbs. Lift (frequently) 20-100lbs.
• May involve significant stand/walk/push/pull
• Occasional climbing of ladders, etc.
• Balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme heat/cold.
• Frequent to moderate exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud
