What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and execute cold station items, including salads, appetizers, and composed small plates.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes, following our chef-driven recipes and plating standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized station, ensuring all mise en place is ready for service.
• Work as part of a team, effectively communicating with line cooks, chefs, and front-of-house staff.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a pristine and professional workspace.
• Contribute to menu creativity and seasonal adjustments, ensuring freshness and innovation in our offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a professional kitchen preferred, especially in a cold/pantry station.
• Strong knife skills and an understanding of culinary techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently and cleanly in a high-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Passion for food, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a refined culinary setting.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a pantry cook or similar role in a restaurant or kitchen required.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Familiarity with a variety of ingredients, preparation techniques, and presentation methods.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative flair for presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure kitchen environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Culinary school diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to stand for long periods and work in a hot, fast paced kitchen environment.
• Lift and carry heavy kitchen equipment and ingredients.
• Bend, stoop, and work in tight spaces.
