As a Pantry Worker, you are an essential contributor to the success of our culinary team. You are responsible for prepping, setting up, and delivering high-quality service in all aspects of cold food production. Your attention to detail and commitment to consistency directly impact the guest experience and uphold the excellence of our culinary program

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
- Ensure workstation is properly set up and prepared for dining service
- Prepare and present cold menu items, including salads, dressings, fruits, cheeses, compotes, vegetables, sandwiches, and desserts, following plating guide specifications
- Assist cooks and chefs with prep work and production duties as directed
- Deliver food and supplies from the warehouse to designated kitchen areas
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 6 months of food preparation experience preferred
- Experience providing high-touch food preparation service expected in a fine dining or specialty room setting preferred
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations quickly
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
- Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
Requirements
- At least 18 Years of Age
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary/vocational training preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States
