Sigma, Inc., is looking for a Paralegal to work onsite with our client located in Boston, MA.

This is with the Commonwealth of MA and Dept of Transportation-. Will be required to work onsite at 10 Park Plaza

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week
Great opportunity for a labor investigations and writing specialist.

Requirements :

• Qualified candidates MUST have legal writing experience.
• Specialist will manage a caseload of union environment disciplinary cases and grievances cases. Candidate will be expected to perform case investigations, write investigatory memos, present on behalf of management in pre-disciplinary hearings as well as grievance hearings, and write recommendations for discipline.
• This is a hybrid role that is mostly remote with the requirement for in-person days at any MassDOT location 4 times per month.
• Qualified candidates MUST have legal writing experience
