Job Description - Paralegal

We’re looking for a Paralegal who thrives on variety, loves to solve problems, and finds satisfaction in bringing clarity to complex situations. This position can be based out of the Antigo, De Pere, Neenah, or New Lenox (IL) branch. You’ll collaborate closely with our Assistant General Counsel and teams across the credit union, helping reduce risk, strengthen processes, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of important legal documentation. You’ll support everything from contract reviews and compliance research to member solutions, collections, and probate matters. No two days look exactly the same—and that’s part of what makes this work meaningful.

CoVantage invests in our team members! Benefits include a 401k employer match of up to 200%, a bonus of annual salary up to 4%, a generous employer HSA contribution, and paid time off for community service. The hourly rate for this position is $26.39 - $39.59. Pay will be determined in accordance with CoVantage Credit Union standard practices, reflecting the successful candidate’s skills and experience.
