Does this sound like a law firm you want to join?  We are seeking a Pre-Litigation and Workers’ Compensation Paralegal with 2+ years’ experience in Maryland. Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: opening new files; requesting medical records; electronic filing with the workers’ compensation commission for new claims, scanning documents to the case file, screen new client intakes, returning client calls, assisting with prepping files for hearings.

This position is a hybrid of both remote and in office work.
