We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our collaborative and highly skilled team in Amherst, New York. In this essential role, you will support a caseload of approximately 75 to 100 personal injury cases by securing and analyzing medical records, drafting pleadings and motions, and coordinating with attorneys, clients, and providers to keep each case moving with clarity and care. You will work alongside three other seasoned paralegals in a close-knit environment that values follow-through, curiosity, and teamwork. This position is ideal for someone who brings legal precision and genuine empathy to their work, thrives in a respectful and focused workplace, and is eager to make a meaningful difference each day.
