This opportunity is ideal for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys varied legal work, takes ownership of deadlines, and works closely with attorneys and colleagues to deliver excellent client service.

You will support our litigation and trusts and estates practices through document preparation, court filings, matter management, and client communication. The role combines substantive paralegal responsibilities with the administrative support necessary to keep matters moving efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare, draft, format, and revise legal documents and correspondence under attorney supervision.
  • Coordinate state and federal court filings, including electronic filings, and assist with submissions to lending institutions and governmental agencies.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical matter files, including document indexes, exhibits, and post-closing materials.
  • Track deadlines, maintain attorney calendars, and coordinate meetings, court appearances, and closings.
  • Research and respond to requests for information under attorney direction.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, court personnel, and other parties.
  • Provide attorney support, including word processing, time entry, filing, and telephone or reception coverage as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to manage competing priorities and meet important deadlines.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least five years of paralegal experience, including experience supporting litigation and/or trusts and estates matters.
  • Working knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures and electronic filing systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Word skills, proficiency with Excel, and experience using PDF editing and document management tools.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently, anticipate next steps, and contribute effectively as part of a team.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and a commitment to protecting confidential information.
  • A professional, client-focused approach and the ability to remain composed when priorities shift.

What You’ll Bring

Bring your experience to an established law firm where your organizational skills, initiative, and commitment to client service can make a meaningful contribution. This position offers varied work across multiple practice areas, close collaboration with attorneys and colleagues, and a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week with benefits.
