What you will be doing:

• Work as a litigation paralegal in a prominent plaintiffs' personal injury law firm.


• Represent victims of negligence and assist in litigation and trial preparation.


• Work independently, maintaining organization and attention to detail.


• Communicate effectively as a motivated team player.


• Handle a high volume of cases with excellent problem-solving skills.


• Utilize superior computer and software skills, including Word and Outlook, with SmartAdvocate as a plus.


• Work well under pressure and maintain strong interpersonal skills.


• Collaborate effectively with clients and staff at all levels within the office.

Experience you will need:

• 7+ years experience in plaintiffs’ personal injury paralegal role, including substantial litigation and trial prep experience


• Substantial experience in litigation and trial preparation.


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Strong attention to detail and great work habits.


• Ability to maintain a high case volume.


• Proficiency in computer and software skills, particularly Word and Outlook.


• Experience with SmartAdvocate is a plus.


• Ability to work effectively under pressure and cooperatively with clients and staff.
