As a Paramedic, you'll provide advanced pre-hospital emergency medical care, respond to both emergency and non-emergency calls, and serve as the clinical leader of your assigned unit. Working alongside EMT partners, healthcare providers, and first responders, you'll utilize your expertise, critical thinking skills, and compassion to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Shift: PRN

What You'll Do:

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls while providing high-quality patient care.


• Assess patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and administer advanced life support interventions.


• Operate within established protocols, clinical guidelines, and state regulations.


• Lead and supervise assigned EMT partners during patient care and transport activities.


• Make critical patient care decisions and ensure appropriate clinical interventions are delivered.


• Safely operate and maintain emergency response vehicles and equipment.


• Complete accurate patient care documentation and reports.


• Communicate effectively with hospitals, physicians, dispatch personnel, and other emergency responders.


• Provide compassionate care and exceptional customer service to patients and families during stressful situations.


• Maintain readiness of equipment, supplies, and vehicles to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience-

• High School Diploma or GED required.


• Previous EMS or healthcare experience preferred.

Required Certifications & Licensure-

• Current Paramedic License in the assigned state.


• Valid Driver's License.


• Current CPR/Cardiac Life Support certification for Healthcare Providers.


• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.


• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.


• Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) certification required within six months of hire.

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.


• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support EMT partners.


• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.


• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with healthcare teams and first responders.

Compensation: 

 Hourly Pay Range: $24.11 – $33.75 per hour
