Prime Wealth – An Ameriprise Financial Practice
Location: Tulsa, OK | In-Office Position

Are you a detail-oriented financial services professional with experience in trading, reporting, and operational support? Prime Wealth, a well-established Ameriprise Financial practice, is seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys making operations run smoothly, and has a strong foundation in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and follow up on client meetings


• Execute trades, manage money movement, and process transactions


• Monitor and respond to key action items from the home office


• Review and maintain client reports and documentation


• Support overall practice operations to ensure nothing falls through the cracks


• Provide light practice management support (non-people management)

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in a financial services firm, ideally within an Ameriprise or similar practice


• Licensed (Series 7 and 66 preferred), or willingness to obtain licensing for the right candidate


• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented


• Comfortable with trading platforms, CRM systems, and financial documentation


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation starting at $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience


• $350/month healthcare stipend

Additional Details:

• This is an in-office position


• Long-term opportunity to work alongside a collaborative and client-focused team


• Role is not currently intended to evolve into an advisor track, though growth is not restricted
