Assignment Details

• Start Date: ASAP
  
  


• End Date: May 28, 2027
  
  


• Hours: 37.5 hours/week
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and lesson implementation.
  
  


• Provide one-on-one and small group academic support.
  
  


• Reinforce classroom lessons and assist with assignments.
  
  


• Support students academically, behaviorally, socially, and emotionally.
  
  


• Assist with implementing IEP accommodations under teacher supervision.
  
  


• Monitor and report student progress and behavior.
  
  


• Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, cafeteria, and playground.
  
  


• Prepare instructional materials and organize the classroom.
  
  


• Assist students with mobility or personal needs when necessary.
  
  


• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
  
  


• Ability to work effectively with children.
  
  


• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  
  


• Associate's degree or college coursework (preferred).
  
  


• Previous experience in a school or childcare setting (preferred).
  
  


• Experience supporting students with disabilities (preferred).
