Help build an experience that supports the people who support children. At Early Learning Connections, our work is mission-driven. We support early learning programs that strengthen children, families, and communities. We are hiring a Paraprofessional who brings a desire learn and grow to help our teams do their best work.
This is a hands-on collaborative role where you will provide assistance, partnering with the Head Teacher and Assistant Teacher to support consistency, compliance, and care.
Pay and Work Setup
Hourly pay range: $15.03
Work setup: On-site
What You Will Do
You will contribute to the core functions that help our organization remain consistent, compliant, and employee-centered.
Provide excellent organizational skills
Reinforce daily lesson plans.
Proficient with technology as required for record keeping and documentation etc.
Assist with preparation and clean-up of meals.
Enthusiastic personality that will engage preschool children
Decision Authority
Apply established policies and procedures to (routine and/or moderately complex tasks relevant to role)
Provide guidance and support to staff and families
Escalate complex, high-risk, or compliance-related matters to Head Teacher or Program Manager
What You Bring
A high school diploma or GED certificate
One year's experience related to childcare development of children
Must have current Pennsylvania Driver's license and good driving record.

Physical and Work Requirements
Must be able to climb, stoop, crawl, kneel, and bend in order to speak to children at the child's eye level, play with the children, and pick-up toys and equipment from the floor.
Must be able to communicate with parents and pre-school children.
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
Ability to travel and access organizational facilities
