Special Education Behavior Support Paraprofessional Location: Albany, OR Model: Full-time | On-site School Year: 2026–2027
Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Paraprofessionals to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for Paraprofessionals in a variety of settings. What You’ll Be Doing*:
Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in both classroom and small-group settings
Assist students with academic tasks, organization, and developing positive social interactions
Implement accommodations, modifications, and behavior plans under teacher or clinician supervision
Offer one-on-one support to students with learning, behavioral, or physical needs to promote engagement and success
Supervise students during class activities, recess, lunch, and transitions to maintain safety and structure
Collect data, track progress, and communicate observations to teachers and support staff
Prepare classroom materials, set up activities, and help maintain an organized learning environment
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to foster a positive, inclusive educational setting
*More specific job roles will vary based on state and district requirements
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or college coursework in education preferred
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting strongly preferred
Ability to support students with diverse academic, behavioral, and physical needs
Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude when working in a classroom environment
Basic understanding of child development and classroom management strategies
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Willingness to follow teacher or clinician direction and contribute to a team-oriented environment

(Clinicians starting later in the year may receive prorated salary or hourly pay)
