Parent Shift Team Member – Front of House or Back of House Option

• 9:00am – 3:00pm
• 11:00am – 2:00pm
• 11:00am – 4:00pm
• Flexible scheduling available
• Closed on Sundays

Parent Shift Team Member Responsibilities

• Provide genuine hospitality and ensure every guest feels cared for
• Smile, maintain eye contact, and communicate enthusiastically with guests
• Create emotional connections by going above and beyond for guests
• Support and model the vision, mission, and values of the Restaurant
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Assist with front counter, dining room hospitality, mobile orders, and drive-thru operations as needed
• Be dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing needs
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members
• Uphold Chick-fil-A standards for professionalism, cleanliness, and presentation
• Adhere to all company policies, including dress code and food safety standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• Consistent, reliable, and punctual
• Positive attitude and strong sense of hospitality
• Passion for serving and helping others
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Works well independently and collaboratively
• Available to work weekday daytime shifts
• Ability to lift and carry 5–30 lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
