Parking Attendant Ambassador

• The primary responsibility of the parking attendant at 205 Royal Palm Way is to ensure that valet operations for the Carriage House do not disrupt or interfere with employee parking at this location.

• As the Carriage House serves lunch during the bank’s operating hours, the attendant must ensure that valet staff do not block employee vehicles or hinder their ability to enter or exit the parking area promptly.

• The entire parking lot is designated for use by JP Morgan employees and clients conducting business. While the Carriage House valet utilizes the lot to receive guest vehicles, these vehicles must be relocated offsite swiftly to maintain smooth traffic flow and parking availability.

• Professionalism is essential when interacting with valet personnel and Carriage House guests, who are part of a high-end clientele. The attendant is expected to maintain a courteous and friendly demeanor and to greet transacting clients appropriately.

Language Skills: 

• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language. 
• Ability to effectively present information, and respond to questions from passengers, groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public

Basic Qualifications: 

•  Must be 18 years of age or older

•  No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

•  One (1) year of customer service  or similar work experience preferred
