About Legacy Parking

Legacy Parking isn't a typical parking operator. We manage parking assets for real estate owners across the U.S., including hotels, mixed-use developments, residential towers and garages. Our job is to make those assets worth more. We lead with technology, run our locations on data, and hold ourselves to a hospitality standard. For many guests, the valet stand is the first and last impression of a property. We take that seriously.

The Role

As Facility Manager, you own the day-to-day of a facility that is valet heavy. You're the single point of accountability for everything that happens there: the guest experience at the stand, the team running it, the revenue, the damage record and the client relationship. Your operations Manager gives you direction and support, but there's no buffer between you and your results. We want someone who runs a location like a business owner. The standard isn't effort. It's results.

What You'll Own

The valet experience

• Deliver a polished, hospitality-grade arrival and departure every time: fast retrievals, professional attendants and a stand that reflects the property's brand.
• Manage guest flow at peak times (check-in rushes, events, restaurant turns, weekend demand) by staffing and positioning your team so wait times stay short.
• Serve as the on-site authority. Resolve guest issues on the spot and escalate only what truly needs it.

Key control, claims and risk

• Enforce strict key control, ticketing and vehicle-handling procedures on every shift.
• Own the damage claims process. Investigate every claim, document it, find the root cause and put corrective measures in place so it doesn't happen again.
• Keep the operation in full compliance with OSHA and Legacy safety policies. Report incidents and near-misses the same day.

Team leadership

• Hire, train, schedule, coach your team.
• Build a team that drives safely, handles cars carefully and treats every guest like a VIP.

Revenue and financial performance

• Own the location's budget, controllable expenses and revenue integrity, including daily deposits, cashier audits, card and bank audits, and ticket reconciliation.
• Complete daily reporting on time and accurately, including vend analysis, daily summary and daily business reports.
• Support rate strategy with market data and on-the-ground insight into demand, events and competitor pricing.

Client communication

• Act as the facility-level point of contact for the property's ownership and management team.

Facility standards and technology

• Keep the stand, drive lanes and parking areas spotless. The standard isn't "adequate," it's excellent.
• Keep records accurate across Legacy's platforms. 

What You Bring

• 3+ years of management experience with direct responsibility for staffing, scheduling and budget.
• Valet management experience strongly preferred. Hotel, hospitality or high-volume mixed-use experience is a big plus.
• A hospitality mindset. You know what a five-star guest experience looks like and how to train a team to deliver it.
• Financial sharpness: you can own a budget, control cash and read performance reports.
• A proven record of holding hourly and supervisory staff to a high standard.
• Strong organization and follow-through. You hit deadlines without being chased.
• Clear, professional communication with clients, guests and team members.
• A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to drive and park vehicles as needed
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays based on the property's peak demand.

Working Conditions

This is an on-your-feet role, often outdoors and in all kinds of weather. You'll stand, walk and occasionally run for extended periods, drive vehicles, and lift up to 25 lbs.
