Parking Operations Team Lead II

Methodist Hospital is looking to hire a Parking Operations Team Lead II – to join our – team!  Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. 

Position Summary: This position will support the parking operations at Methodist Hospital campus to include the parking and access teams. Along with being able to perform all duties and tasks of access assistants and parking attendants, you will lead and support existing parking operation programs identifying areas for quality improvements, new processes and developing same. Your leadership will provide direction and workflow to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for our patients and visitors.

Work Schedule: FTE 1.0, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 7am-6pm.

Preferred Qualifications: Work experience in customer service, patient transport and body mechanic skills, and public/personal communications desirable. Trained in the use of personal computers using spreadsheet and word processing applications desirable. Previous work experience in a leadership role is desirable.
