Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of their parlor location, ensuring sales performance, excellent guest service, and effective team management. By leading through example and coaching Scooper behaviors, they ensure our guests have a meaningful experience in our scoop parlors. Parlor managers are responsible for building community and making us the destination of choice. They promote creativity and inclusion and treat their guests and teams with respect and kindness.
