We are is hiring a high-energy Partner Business Development Representative to drive growth through strategic referral partnerships. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys outbound outreach, in-person networking, and building long-term partnerships that generate high-quality leads.
You’ll work closely with leadership to execute creative business development strategies, expand existing partner relationships, and establish new referral channels that fuel company growth.

What You’ll Do
Prospect, develop, and close new referral partnerships through outbound calls, in-person visits, presentations, and events
Build and maintain strong relationships with Real Estate Agents, Home Builders, and Insurance partners
Create mutually beneficial partnership proposals and negotiate contracts
Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies, proposals, pitches, and RFP responses
Conduct market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners—resolving issues, aligning expectations, and strengthening collaboration
Track, analyze, and report on partner performance and pipeline metrics
Represent Move Concierge at industry events, networking functions, and partner meetings
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales metrics related to lead volume, lead quality, and partner satisfaction
Skills & Competencies
Ability to perform outbound prospecting for three or more hours per day
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Ability to clearly manage partner expectations and close deals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident presenter with strong public-speaking abilities
Highly organized with strong time and calendar management skills
Willingness to travel by car or air for business-related activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field or five or more years of successful outside sales experience
Proven experience working with Real Estate Agents, Home Builders, or Insurance Agencies
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional on-call responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Work Environment
Hybrid role: office-based and in the field
Travel up to 50% to call on new accounts
