Incumbents are accountable for defining processes for technical platforms, developing system specifications, and creating system interfaces and business applications that support secure, scalable, and resilient client environments.\n\nWhat you\u2019ll do at Insight\n\n * Design and coordinate large and complex projects.\n * Apply the principles of science and mathematics to develop economical solutions to technical problems.\n * Use systems analysis to design and diagram of all parts of a particular system.\n * Accountable for all facets of development of technical platforms, system specifications and system interfaces.\n * Coordinate efforts of other teammates involved in a project.\n * Document problems and resolution for future reference.\n * Engage in partner- and customer-facing calls with sales teams to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and support solution alignment.\n * Partner with alliance teams to scope multi-vendor opportunities and support a solutions-led selling approach beyond core product focus.\n * Be Ambitious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. Rubrik experience highly preferred.\n * Familiarity with the following systems desirable: Windows, Cisco Systems, UNIX, Linux, Novell.\n * Must be able to work with both ends of basic level testing as well as high level testing and documentation.\n * Strong analytical abilities and professional office experience needed. \n * Familiarity with large account environments and protocol required.\n * Excellent troubleshooting skills needed. \n * Must have the ability to keep current with alternative systems and technology and make technology recommendations to management consistent with the company\u2019s business and systems strategies. \n * Must have the ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills. \n * Must be able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion. \n\n\n\nWhat you can expect \n\nWe\u2019re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
