Pay: Commission Based-Annual pay range is $55K-$60K depending on performance.

Schedule: Exact schedule to be discussed at interview. Must be available weekends. Parts department is open all days from 7 am to 7 pm.

Michael’s Toyota of Bellevue is seeking a high-performing Parts Advisor to join our busy and award-winning Parts Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a respected brand while building a rewarding career with Lithia Motors.

The annual earning potential for this role is $55,000-$60,000 which includes commission on department gross and individual gross profits. Bonuses are based on parts gross achievement and individual manufacturer approvability. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
