Parts and Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities include the following:

• Opening and closing procedures for scheduled shift
• Managing inventory and doing weekly and daily reconciliations of inventory
• Ensuring the product is organized and presented well to customers
• Greeting customers when they enter the store, having a good parts knowledge of marine products, and assisting customers in finding the right products
• Finding the right parts for customer DIY repair projects
• Answering phones with good phone etiquette and providing helpful information to customers
• Ensure that operational procedures for receiving and placing inventory into the correct locations are strictly followed

Preferred Experience and Skills Include:

• Bookkeeping experience
• Customer service experience
• Desire to meet new people and provide the best retail experience possible
• Ability to learn quickly and grow with company culture to create a successful business
• Reliability for expected duties and work schedule
