Ancira Partners Chevrolet GMC in Cuero, Texas is seeking an experienced Parts & Service Director to lead our Fixed Operations team. This executive leadership position is responsible for the overall performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence of both the Service and Parts Departments.

What You'll Do

• Lead all Service and Parts Department operations.


• Develop and execute strategies to improve profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.


• Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams.


• Establish performance goals and accountability measures for department managers and staff.


• Oversee departmental budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.


• Ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements, warranty policies, and applicable regulations.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and manufacturer representatives.


• Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in automotive fixed operations, service management, or parts operations.


• Knowledge with dealership financials, productivity metrics, and fixed operations profitability.


• Demonstrated success developing people and operational performance.


• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.


• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.


• Factory certifications, manufacturer training, and/or dealership experience required.
