Job Description - Parts Associate

Friendly Acura is growing, and our Parts Department is looking for a reliable, energetic Parts Associate to join our team fulltime. What You’ll Do

You’ll be an essential link between our customers, our service technicians, and our inventory. Your daytoday responsibilities will include:

Taking parts orders from outside customers with professionalism and accuracy

Fulfilling internal parts requests for our busy service shop

Assisting the Parts Manager with inventory control and organization

Physically restocking parts inventory to ensure everything is where it should be

Delivering wholesale parts to local repair shops with friendly, dependable service

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills, whether you’re typing notes or talking with teammates

A customer-first mindset and the ability to make people feel confident in your work

A positive, team-player attitude — no lone wolves here

Confident know-how using computers

Precise attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfort working in a fastmoving environment

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Prior automotive or parts experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
