We are seeking a parts counter person for our RV Dealership. All you need is one year of parts experience to change your career path for the better. We need a reliable, professional parts counterperson to issue parts within our busy dealership. 

Job Responsibilities

• Identify parts needs and accurately create or modify purchase orders for the appropriate vendors.
• Process special order parts in the dealership system and notify the appropriate advisor, technician, or customer upon receipt.
• Verify and process invoices by comparing them to purchase orders, ensuring correct quality, quantity, and pricing.
• Track, document, and manage warranty returns, outside purchases, and parts received or issued.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory through regular organization and ongoing cycle counts.
• Participate in weekly department meetings and collaborate with the team to ensure efficient parts operations.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders and inventory
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn dealership systems
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and customer service

  This position is  for Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, Occasional Saturdays

Education and Experience

• Previous RV or auto parts store experience required
• Computer and phone proficiency preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
