Parts Coordinator

H&K Equipment is the premier dealer of forklifts, container handlers, railcar movers, utility vehicles, and more in Pittsburgh and the greater tristate area. Headquartered minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and with additional facilities in West Virginia, we sell, rent, service, and rebuild the most unique selection of custom and heavy-duty material handling equipment in the industry. Our technicians and in-house capabilities enable us to tackle jobs that no other shop can handle.

We are seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator to add to our team at our Coraopolis PA location and provide support for the parts department in a variety of tasks. Applicant should preferably have a proven record in a parts department environment or dealership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong customer service and phone skills necessary
• Manage parts counter and hit sales targets and goals
• Ability to relate to customers, co-workers, and vendors
• Ability to prioritize a large amount of orders
• Working knowledge of shipping-receiving and warehousing
• Must be able to work independently without direct supervision
• Researching multiple manufacturer part numbers online
• Coordinate parts availability with shop and road mechanics
• Must be willing to work as part of a team

• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
