Parts Counter

For over 60 years, Lyle Machinery Co. has been an industry leading new and used equipment dealer who operates 11 branches throughout 5 states. In addition to sales, LMC performs service and repairs, both on-site and in the field, as well as providing leases and rentals of heavy equipment. We have 10 locations in 5 states and constantly growing! 

Duties:

• Customer focused candidate to represent and sell products and parts to walk-in and telephone customers as well as internal customers
• Will provide robust customer service by displaying a positive attitude to ensure the highest customer satisfaction possible
• Responsible for parts counter sales as well as walk in customer sales.  Some deliveries of parts
• Unloading of whole goods freight
• Will develop and manage long term customer relationships
• Will maximize gross margin contribution through sales
• Provide customer follow up and product education
• Learn and execute financing options in order to assist customers
• Constantly strive to improve knowledge of features of all equipment and parts sold by dealership

Preferred

• Comfort with mechanical issues
• 2 to 5 years parts/sales experience
