Parts Counter Associate

Woody Buick GMC is a family-owned dealership with over 20 years of experience. We're focused on our customer and our community, and we're always seeking qualified and enthusiastic individuals to join our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Assist in maintaining inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments


• Interact daily with technicians and retail customers


• Provide in-stock parts information to technicians


• Research and find parts as necessary


• Answer phone and email inquiries


• Provide parts cost estimates for commercial and retail requests


• Assist with monitoring and adjusting inventory


• Guarantee all parts are properly tagged


• Supervise stock order procedures


• Work closely with service manager and body shop manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed


• Provides technical assistance when necessary


• Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction


• Enforce safety requirements


• Maintain a professional appearance
