Responsibilities
Assist technicians and customers with parts lookup and ordering
Provide accurate and timely parts support for the service department
Maintain organized inventory and parts records
Receive, stock, and track parts as needed
Communicate clearly regarding availability, delays, and special orders
Help ensure the parts department operates efficiently and professionally
Support internal teamwork and customer satisfaction through reliable service
Qualifications
Parts experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational ability
Basic computer competencies
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Dependable work ethic and team-oriented attitude
Valid driver’s license preferred
