What You'll Do

• 
  

  Assist walk-in customers and will-call pickups

  
  


• 
  

  Answer customer phone calls and respond to product inquiries

  
  


• 
  

  Help customers identify the right parts and products

  
  


• 
  

  Enter customer orders accurately

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare invoices and quotes

  
  


• 
  

  Process returns and order adjustments

  
  


• 
  

  Track open orders

  
  


• 
  

  Support warehouse and counter operations as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain an organized and efficient work area

  
  

What You Bring

  High school diploma or GED

  Strong customer service and communication skills
