Job Title: Parts Counterman

20-30 hours a week with the possibility of overtime.

Our company is seeking a skilled Parts Counterman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a strong background in parts sales. As a Parts Counterman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the correct parts for their vehicles.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that parts are properly stocked

- Process orders and returns in a timely and efficient manner

- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers

- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and parts trends

- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that the parts department runs smoothly

Requirements:

- Previous experience in parts sales or a related field, but we are willing to train the right person

- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functions

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in computer systems and software used in parts sales

- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
