Parts Counterperson

Sir Walter Chevrolet is on the hunt for a skilled and reliable Parts Counter Person who’s ready to hit the ground running. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, know your way around an EPC, and take pride in delivering top-tier service to both technicians and customers — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers and service technicians in locating and ordering the correct parts


• Maintain a clean, organized, and accurate inventory system


• Manage parts inquiries via phone and in-person with a professional, helpful attitude


• Distribute parts efficiently and accurately to the service team


• Collaborate daily with service and sales departments to keep the workflow smooth and productive

What You Bring to the Table:

• Prior experience in an automotive parts department is strongly preferred


• Familiarity with GM parts and Tekion DMS is a bonus (and will make your life easier)


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including rotating Saturdays


• Solid understanding of automotive systems and components
