Parts Counterperson

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have

strong knowledge of automotive parts, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work

efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating parts


• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently


• Complete special order part request for the customer


• Communicate with customer on parts status


• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner


• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures


• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry

Qualifications

          PLEASE NOTE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS IN PARTS SALES IS REQUIRED

      .  Previous experience as a Parts Counterperson

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Experience with auto parts sales (preferred)


• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic
