What You’ll Do:

As a Parts Counterperson, you’ll play a critical role in keeping both our customers and service department running efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting retail and wholesale customers with parts needs


• Supporting service technicians with accurate and timely parts fulfillment


• Identifying automotive parts using manufacturer catalogs and systems


• Processing orders, invoices, and inventory transactions


• Maintaining organized inventory and stock areas


• Communicating professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams


• Helping ensure a fast, accurate, and positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Automotive parts experience preferred


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Detail-oriented and organized


• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge


• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record


• Dealership experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate

Compensation:

Compensation range: $20 – $26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
