Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 annually
Oakes Auto Group is seeking a Parts Counterperson to support both our retail customers and internal service department. This role is responsible for helping customers and technicians find the right parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, processing warranty and core returns, and ensuring the parts department operates efficiently. Assist retail customers and dealership technicians at the parts counter
Look up, source, price, and order OEM and aftermarket parts
Process warranty claims, core returns, and maintain accurate parts records
Receive, stock, organize, and manage parts inventory
Support technicians and service advisors to keep repair orders moving efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department

Previous automotive parts experience is a plus, but not required
Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
Previous parts, automotive, retail, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred but not required
