Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to support both front and back counter operations. You’ll assist service technicians and retail customers by sourcing, ordering, and distributing parts efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  Assist service technicians and customers at both front and back counters

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately look up, order, and distribute parts for repair orders and retail sales

  
  


• 
  

  Manage parts inventory, returns, and warranty processing

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and customers to ensure prompt service

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain strong knowledge of parts systems and dealership processes

  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  

  Previous dealership or automotive parts experience

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with DMS platforms (Dealertrack preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and customer service skills

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
