Parts Counterperson Full-time

Phillips Chevrolet of Frankfort, IL  is currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Full-time Parts Counter-person to join our team. As a Parts Counter-person, you will play an essential role in our dealership's daily operations by providing excellent customer service and assisting with the sales of automotive parts. Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time hourly position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. Full-time employees are also eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401k plan.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive parts
- Locate and order parts as needed for customers and service technicians
- Receive and stock inventory of automotive parts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies
- Process and track purchase orders and invoices
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of new products and promotions
- Collaborate with sales team to reach sales goals
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales preferred
- Knowledge of auto parts and accessories
- Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory management software
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
